Windows Hardware Developer Program: dashboard won't load (CorrelationID provided) and support ticket blocked by empty Workspace dropdown

Summary: My company is registered and shows "Active" in the Windows Hardware Developer Program, but I cannot open the hardware dashboard to submit a driver, and I cannot file a support ticket because the Workspace dropdown in the support form is empty/unselectable.

Environment

  • Program: Windows Hardware Developer Program (attestation signing)
  • Account: Microsoft Entra work account, Global Administrator
  • Tenant ID: ---
  • Company registered and verified during enrollment (DUNS on file); EV code-signing certificate uploaded

Problem 1 — Hardware dashboard fails to load Signed in with my work account, navigating to https://partner.microsoft.com/dashboard/hardware fails with a generic error:

  • CorrelationID: b750a3ec-fc70-48ae-bfc1-89b3f00b5ad3
  • Correlation Vector: fkAA2zE1/E+ss9wJ.3
  • Date: 13 Jul 2026 17:50:15 +00:00

Account settings → Programs shows Hardware = Active, and my company/cert details are present, but the dashboard itself won't open.

Problem 2 — Cannot open a support ticket When I try to create a support request (Help → Contact Support), the form requires a Workspace, but the Workspace dropdown is empty — there is no selectable option, so the request can't be submitted. Other developers report the identical "Workspace empty" issue on Microsoft Q&A with no resolution, so this appears to be a known bug.

What I've verified

  • Signed in as the correct Entra work account (Global Admin), not a personal account
  • Hardware program shows Active under Account settings → Programs
  • Company details + EV code-signing certificate submitted during enrollment; notification email set

Impact: I have an EV-signed driver CAB ready to submit for attestation signing but cannot reach the submission page or file a ticket.

Request: Please investigate the hardware dashboard access failure (CorrelationID above) and restore access to the hardware submission dashboard. I can share my full account/company details privately if needed.Summary: My company is registered and shows "Active" in the Windows Hardware Developer Program, but I cannot open the hardware dashboard to submit a driver, and I cannot file a support ticket because the Workspace dropdown in the support form is empty/unselectable.
