My iphone with my authenticator app broke; I cannot access my one drive without that code. There are no other options I have for multi-security options. When I try to click 'sign in another way' it's a circular hell of authentication where it asks me for the code from my authenticator app to change ways to sign in. I've tried finding even a customer service phone number, I've e-mailed the main support address. They sent back a one-time code that did not work.
Please help!
