Sorry I sent my reply twice, but Edge didn't seem to be sending it, so I came to Google and sent it from here. What a mess.... will try your suggestions, thanks, will keep you posted!

Thanks for your reply, but I only see Modify, not Modify-Repair, should I use it? I am even having trouble sending this message to you, because Edge seems to be extremely slow! My laptop is very powerful and I use Windows 11Pro. Also Edge is constantly updated by themselves. Never seen this before.

    1

    Open the Settings App.

Go to Apps - Installed Apps.

Scroll down to find the Edge browser in the list of installed apps.

Select Edge, then choose Modify - Repair.

Wait for that process to complete and then check if Edge is working correctly.

If Edge is still not working correctly, the best option is to download the Edge installer form this link and use that to reinstall Edge.
