Activation problem in Office for Mac

I wanted to use a new email address for my Microsoft account, so I opened a new account with ******@bacioglu.com.tr, paid for subscription but I cannot activate the account in Word or Excel installed in my Mac. When I enter the email and select "personal account", I got the following mistake: "An unknown error has occurred. The error code is: 0x0"

The best option is to completely uninstall the Office apps from your Mac, then follow the steps at this link to remove the Office license.
