Hi, I have attended four 1 hour training sessions with Entergy but I don't see my training progress anywhere. Is there a record of my training?

Yes. If the training was completed through Microsoft Learn, the training history is available in the Microsoft Learn profile:

1. Open the Learn profile page.
2. Select Transcript in the left column to view training and credential completion history.
3. Select Achievements in the left column to view badges, trophies, and XP.

If the sessions were part of Viva Learning, progress appears in Viva Learning on the My Learning tab:

• In progress shows learning content currently being tracked.
• Completed shows content marked complete.
• Some content sources do not share progress automatically, so progress might need to be updated manually.

If the sessions were run directly by Entergy outside Microsoft Learn or Viva Learning, the available context does not provide a separate Microsoft record for those sessions.
