Try copying a link for the same folder using People in your organization. This will let you know if there is a known policy that hinders outside org recipients.

The error with Show details: DATA_Sanitized usually indicates that OneDrive is failing to generate a sharing link on the service side. To help narrow it down, could you answer these questions?

    1. Are you using OneDrive Personal or OneDrive for Business (work/school)?
    2. Are the recipients inside your organization or external email addresses (such as Gmail, Yahoo, another company, etc.)?
    3. Does the error occur immediately after clicking Share, or only after you click Send? (or something else)

    Hi!

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Can you try and create a new test folder in OneDrive and share it. This test will help me further diagnose what is the issue.
