Is your Windows 11 Pro license preinstalled on your Surface device when you bought it, or did you purchase it separately from Microsoft or a third-party retailer?

I recently sent my Pro into Microsoft for repair to the display driver. it seems to have been fixed, yet I can no longer access Windows 11 Pro, whcih was installed prior to repair
