Permanent Security Update Problem since update to 25H2

Windows security updates fail everytime (even after scannow and dism ops carried out and and after extending EFI partition from 100MB to 1GB, and UEFI secure boot enabled and certificates are correct ), then at a later stage update page says "reinstall your current version of windows to repair system files and components" this happens after every notification by windows update of a impending security update being available. I have now got to the stage where I dread the security update being issued, with the added problem that the re-install message only seems to appear weeks after the security update being issued, then consequently the reinstall clears the problem only to be negated by the next security update, which means that I have a potential security problem on my PC within a week of a repair re-install. And to be quite frank this problem is seriously making me consider moving to the Linux O.S. after being a Windows user since the days of Win95 as I do not think I should have to go through this whole process for every update either automatically or by doing a manual repair install

This problem has occurred ever since the upgrade to Version 25H2 on my windows 11 Pro PC and on every security update.

Perfect, I am sure that if you do the step below, it will be resolved 100%:

"Please try a repair install as the next step. It keeps everything, including apps and files, and reinstalls Windows.

Thank you. For reliablity, please update the BIOS:

If Windows update is broken, manually doing a repair install might be worth since Repair notified in the Windows update is also done through Windows update which might not be successful. More on that later.

I look forward to hearing from you to get the results of the troubleshooting.

    Hi,

I can understand the frustration caused by this issue.

I'm going to run through a few steps with you. Some of these are diagnostic — they help me narrow down what's wrong, not fix it outright. So if nothing changes after a step, that's normal and expected, not a dead end. I'll keep going until we've got this resolved.

    Please supply the following Information.

Right-click the Start button and Choose the Run option

    Type in msinfo32

    Press enter.

Take a screenshot of the System Summary window and post it in the next reply.

I look forward to your response and am eager to collaborate until we find a solution.
