Authenticator issue

Question

I am trying to sign into my Microsoft account and it is requiring an authenticator code. I did not set up an authenticator when I created the account and I am the administrator of the account. I know my username and password. How can I get logged in without the authenticator code? I have tried the using the recovery page but it only changed my password and still required the authenticator code.
