Using Outlook for iOS for personal email and calendar management
Just to clarify, since forum is dedicated to using Outlook for iOS, can I assume that's how you're trying to access your Shaw mailbox? If not, what are you using for a client?
Have you tried removing the Shaw account currently in Outlook for iOS and then re-adding it, allowing Outlook for iOS to configure it automatically? Do you have multifactor authentication enabled for the Shaw mailbox?
