First, please remove or replace the image because it contains your email address, names, and account information. This is a public forum.
Please ask one of the senders to provide the complete bounce-back message, including the exact error code. It usually looks like 550 5.x.x. You can post the error here after removing personal information.
Are the MSN and Live addresses two separate Microsoft accounts, or are they aliases under the same account?
Also, can someone send a simple test message from Gmail or another non-Microsoft address to each account? What exact bounce-back error do they receive?

Are the missing emails affecting both the MSN and Live accounts, or only one?
Are the missing emails from specific senders? Did the senders receive any delivery failure or bounce-back message?
Please check both the Focused and Other tabs in your Inbox. Also check the Junk Email, Deleted Items, and Archive folders. 2026-07-15T23:04:56.3033333+00:00 It’s both accounts and appears to be login confirmation emails mostly. But not limited to that as I’ve been contacted by vendors and providers who say they got a bounce back message. I have plenty of storage and check spam folder

Since senders are receiving a bounce-back, this may be a delivery or account issue rather than the emails simply going to another folder.
Could you ask one of the senders to provide the exact bounce-back message and error code? Please remove any personal information before posting it here.
Also, send a test email to each address from a different email service, such as Gmail. Does either message arrive?
