Here's how to download & install updates manually:

    1. You can visit catalog.update.microsoft.com website. This is official Microsoft website.
    2. In the search box, type KB number for update failing on your device.
    3. From search results, select correct version of update.
    4. Download it as .msu file and then you can install it offline as well.
    5. Once install, check update history, it should show updates as installed.

    Hi, good day!

Could you please provide the KB number of the update that's failing? Once you share it, I'll provide you with the direct download link from the Microsoft Update Catalog so you can install the update manually.

I look forward to receiving your update and I'm willing to collaborate with you till we resolve the issue. Do keep me informed by clicking "Add comment" below.
