Have had account problems did a find my computer on your app and it showed up in California a place ive never been and last night a lenovo soport the tech. had initials on tyhe screen when i typed remarks that were not mine told the tech person about it he said get ahold of you
now your queston and answer is broken tried to upload a reply to the person typing the answers and i can't up load it computer is just spinning the little wheel. and then they give me this for an answer ( answers can be marked as ACCEPTED by the question author by moderators which helps users know the answer solved the problem they didn't solve the problem but there going to tell you they did so ????

Before we proceed further, may I know more details about the issue? First of all, did your computer get stolen so you have to find it using "Find my computer"? Also, may I have a photo of the initials to check for you, can you make sure that the account you used is correctly your account?

THIS IS ALL MICROSOFT HAS ! Been locked out of my account three time my windows 11 pro thinking I'm a kid and taking my administrative powers from me. now my account is tried in to this some how, creation tool clean install of windows computer syncs all the account problems start again three time this is my life. the real crazy and pretty messed up try to stop the sync all the hype all premotion telling you it your choose you can't turn it off you can't. just did the third reinstall of windows 11 pro and I'm a user governed by a built in administrator how many times can my computer keep this up until it can't do it and stops, won't even get a sorry when 2000 dollars of my money is in the trash because of sync. and all there offering me is questions and answers on line
