Please open the URL below and sign in with your azure credentials. This will take you to the web-app creation page; under instance details, select "Secure unique default hostname on" as shown in the image.

https://portal.azure.com/#create/Microsoft.WebSite

This feature is enabled by default in the Azure UI/wizard. If you'd like, you can verify it using the above url by checking App name.

Hi,

Secure unique default hostnames are enabled by default in the Create Web App wizard and the toggle has been removed. If you need to create web app with the feature disabled or using different Hash scope, you need to use Azure CLI/PowerShell/REST API/ARM/Bicep instead.
