    Hello @Lincy Mathew,

I understand how inconvenient this situation can be.

Based on your description, it sounds like the Microsoft 365 license assigned to your work account may not be recognized correctly, or there could be an issue with how Office is signed in.

To help identify the best solution, could you please confirm the following information:

    • Is this a subscription that you purchased yourself, or was it provided by your company?
      • If you purchased it yourself, was it bought directly from Microsoft or through a partner/reseller?
    • Are you able to sign in to My Account?
      • If yes, do you see any licenses listed under Subscriptions?
      • If possible, please provide a screenshot of the subscription page (with any personal information hidden).
    • If you do not see any subscriptions listed, do you know the name of the Microsoft 365 subscription that was previously assigned to you?
    • Do you still have contact with your company's IT administrator?
    • What is the exact error message or error code you receive when Office indicates that no subscription is available for your account?
    • Are you able to sign in successfully at Office.com using your work account?
    • Which versions of Office and Outlook are you unable to access - Desktop apps, Outlook on the web, or all platforms?

In the meantime, if you still have access to your organization's IT administrator, I recommend reaching out to them for assistance. Business subscriptions are managed by an organization's administrators, and only users with the appropriate administrative permissions can assign, modify, or reassign licenses within the tenant.

I apologize that I can't provide a specific solution yet. I want to avoid making assumptions and ensure that any guidance provided is accurate for your situation. Once you share the details above, I'll be happy to help investigate further and guide you toward the appropriate resolution.

Looking forward to your response so we can get this sorted out for you together.
