Compatible Printers and Scanners

Ever since I upgraded my Surface, I have had nothing but problems with connecting printers and scanners to it. After some research, I found out it is because the processor on the Surface I purchased isn't compatible with most printers and scanners. Does anyone know of any printers and scanners that reliably connect with the Snapdragon processor? My laptop shows the processor as: Snapdragon(R) X 10-core X1P64100 @ 3.40 GHz (3.42 GHz).

I need a reliable connection for my business. Specifically, we want a printer with a scanner and a separate receipt scanner that can all hook up to my Surface. Right now I have an Epson WF 4830. It worked great with my old Surface but I have to jump through hoops to get it to print with this new one.

If you want to purchase a new printer and scanner today, maybe it's a good idea to purchase mopria certified printer and/or scanner. Check if the specific model is mopria certified here: https://mopria.org/certified-products

If you want to know more about Mopria and Windows Protected Print Mode, check this article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/modern-print/windows-protected-print-mode/windows-protected-print-mode
