According to my Subscriptions on my MacBook, I have an active Monthly Microsoft 365 Subscription that is set to renew in roughly 8 days, but it is Active. However, after July 13th I have been unable to Save any MS Word or MS Excel file updates and it is asking me to Activate each of those Applications. When I try to activate, I enter my email and my associated Password, it starts with a screen that says "Loading..." but then I get a screen that says "Something Went Wrong. Try again later." This has been going on for 3 days now. How can I resolve this mess?

There are a couple of on-going problems with the Office apps on an Apple Mac at the moment caused by the July 13 update, at the top left of your Desktop, click the Apple icon and select 'About this Mac', what version of MacOS is installed on your computer?
