Hardware Developer Program Active but Hardware Dashboard Access Restricted - Account Deactivated

Question

Hello Microsoft Hardware Dashboard Support Team,

My Partner Center Legal Business Profile Verification is Authorized and my EV certificate is Active.

The Hardware program appears under “Active In”, but when I open the Hardware Dashboard I receive:

“Access restricted. We’re sorry, you don't have permission to access this page because your Partner Center account has been deactivated.”

Partner Center Home only shows the “My access” workspace.

User Management only shows Global admin/Admin and does not show Hardware roles such as Driver Submitter or Shipping Label Owner.

Normal Partner Center support cannot be submitted because the Workspace dropdown shows “No results found”.

Please reactivate/remove the Deactivated restriction on my Partner Center organization, resync/restore the Hardware workspace entitlement, and make Hardware roles available so I can submit drivers for attestation signing.

This is blocking my EV-signed driver CAB submission for Microsoft attestation signing.
