My Az900 Exam didnot launch , Please advice

Hi ,

My AZ900 exam was scheduled for 2pm Oct18th 2021 . I logged in and started the checkin process.
I was able to upload the photos of the Desk and Driving license. Then also got a call from an Agent and she asked me to show the Desk on my webcam Camera , I showed her and She said that she was going to release the exam for me. Then the calling popu up went away and a survey got launched . That's it then I kept waiting and no exam got launched , I waited for 20minutes nothing happened. Can any one help me with this one.
