Issue Description:

  • Multiple Loop components remain visible in the workspace.
  • The “Delete” option is available, but selecting it produces no action.
  • The items do not disappear, refresh, or move to the recycle bin.
  • The behavior is consistent across different browsers, devices, and network environments.
  • I have confirmed that I have full permissions for the workspace and the affected pages.

Troubleshooting Steps Already Taken:

  • Cleared browser cache and cookies.
  • Tested in multiple browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox).
  • Attempted deletion in both desktop and web environments.
  • Signed out and back into my Microsoft 365 account.
  • Verified that the workspace is not archived or restricted.
  • Attempted deletion after duplicating the page and after moving the items to another workspace.
  • Contacted Microsoft Loop technical support directly.

The Loop support team reviewed the situation and advised me to escalate the issue through Microsoft Q&A for further technical investigation, as the behavior may be related to backend synchronization, data persistence, or a known issue affecting Loop components.

Request: I kindly request guidance from the Microsoft engineering or product team on how to resolve this issue, or whether there is a known limitation or bug affecting deletion operations for Loop components. If logs, workspace IDs, or additional diagnostic information are required, I am ready to provide them.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.
