A Printer offline simply typically means Windows cannot find it on the Internet. Let me suggest the other option, otherwise.
Please do these steps:
- Open Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
- Scroll down and click More devices and printer settings.
- Double-click your printer to open the print queue.
- Click Printer on the menu bar.
- If Use Printer Offline is checked, click it to uncheck it and bring the printer back online.
If it does not work, ensure the Printer is connected. More on that later.
