how do I change printer setting to online from offline setting so printer will print

Hi,

A Printer offline simply typically means Windows cannot find it on the Internet. Let me suggest the other option, otherwise.

Please do these steps:

1. Open Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
2. Scroll down and click More devices and printer settings.
3. Double-click your printer to open the print queue.
4. Click Printer on the menu bar.
5. If Use Printer Offline is checked, click it to uncheck it and bring the printer back online.

If it does not work, ensure the Printer is connected. More on that later.
