I paid my Office subscription through Apple but am locked out.

There are a couple of on-going problems with the Office apps on an Apple Mac at the moment due to the July 13 update,

Please provide a screenshot of that error you are seeing and please hide you ID Email in the screenshot.

At the top left of your Desktop, click the Apple icon and select 'About this Mac', what version of MacOS is installed on your computer?

Open Word.

In Word, log out of Office.

Restart (not shut down) your computer, then log back into Office, is your subscription then recognized correctly.

If not, log into your Microsoft account on this link, check the expiry date listed on your subscription, is that listed correctly.

If not, go to the Billing section, is it indicated your payment has been processed correctly.
