Question

My scanner quit working providing JPEG output. does provide .pdf scan output. It worked before microsoft print app installed by microsoft 365. how do I turn off Microsoft print app,

Are you unable to scan in JPG format?

You can disable the "Microsoft Print to PDF" option or change the default setting: go to Start Menu > Settings > Bluetooth & Devices > Printers & Scanners, and turn off the option "Let Windows manage my default printer."

Select your printer, click the arrow, and choose "Set as default."

Please let me know if that worked.
