I am not receiving emails from Amazon or AARP since the change in email format

    Hello,

    You can also try sending a test email to your Outlook address from another provider and check if it arrives.

    Hello,

    Please sign in to Outlook on the web and try these steps:

    1. Check the Junk Email folder and search for “Amazon” or “AARP” in All folders.
    2. Go to Settings > Mail > Junk email, confirm the senders are not blocked, then add their email addresses or domains to Safe senders.
    3. Go to Settings > Mail > Rules and make sure no rule is deleting or moving these messages.
    4. Check that your Outlook mailbox storage is not full.

    After completing these steps, ask Amazon or AARP to resend a test email. If it still does not arrive, please confirm whether other emails are being received normally.
