printer will not print document after installing MS 365

Question

printer HP 3700 series document is in que waiting

I clicked on printer properties and locked icons are all the short cuts

how to unlock the short cuts or how to get printer to print

Click your Start Button, then just type cmd.

In the resulting list, right click Command Prompt and select 'Run as administrator'

Run the following commands and press enter after each one:

net stop spooler

del %systemroot%\System32\spool\printers\* /Q

net start spooler

When that command completes, close Command Prompt

Restart your PC, then try top print a document again to test if it prints correctly.

If not, completely uninstall your printer and restart (not shut down) your PC.

Then go to the support page for your printer on the HP website to download and install the version of printer drivers, firmware and associated software they provide for your printer model.
