microphone and camera issue

In google meet while trying to use camera and microphone - message keeps displaying-"close other apps that might be using your camera; camera unavailable" and "microphone not found"- i have uninstalled and installed the drivers, updated them, checked for all possible troubleshoot problems. A completely fresh Realtek driver still shows "Not plugged in" for a built-in mic. Jack Information says "Left Panel 3.5 mm Jack.". while trying to switch on the camera normally also- its showing black screen.
NOTE- My hinge was broken few days

ago and it came repaired.

Please,  run the DirectX diagnostics tool.

Go to Windows Start and in the Run box (Windows key + R) type dxdiag.exe and press the OK button. This will start the DirectX diagnostics program. Run this diagnostics and save the results to a file.
