There are a couple of on-going problems with the Office apps on an Apple Mac at the moment caused by the July 13 update..

If you seeing an 0x0 error in the Office apps, what Office licence do you have, is that a Microsoft 365 subscription or a standalone version of Office like Office 2019, 2021 or 2024.

At the top left of your Desktop, click the Apple icon and select 'About this Mac', what version of MacOS is installed on your computer?

If you are unable to upgrade your MacOS to a later version, the last version of Office that will work on MacOS Ventura is 16.101, you need to uninstall the current Office apps, then install version 16.101 that is available on the long table on this link to all the downloadable versions from the Microsoft servers.
