I purchased Microsoft Word 2024 version in Jan 2026. It has stopped working as of yesterday. Microsoft is trying to push me to buy 365, by offering it for free for 12-months. But I really just want what I purchased to work. I have tried to follow all the online instructions available to me, and it has not worked. This is extremely inconvenient as I have a deadline for a project. There does not seem to be any live support AT ALL. Can someone help me - please.
