Hello Microsoft Engineering Team,
We are an Internet Service Provider (ISP), and our customers are currently experiencing severe geofencing issues blocking them from accessing Outlook and Azure services because Microsoft's internal geolocation database is incorrectly mapping our IP space.
Cogent's RFC 8805 geofeed is live and validated, and major providers (MaxMind, IPinfo) reflect the correct location.
I can provide the relevant subnet and location details in DM.
