Can't redeem Office 2024 code

Hello,

I am trying to redeem an Office 2024 code that was gifted to me for a week now and i keep getting this message :

Service Unavailable

We are currently experiencing technical difficulties.

Please try again later.

Anyone know when the site is going to be working?

Hello Stefan, thanks for the fast reply. The code is for Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus.

If this is for home use, I have no good news, unfortunately. Office Professional Plus 2024 is a volume license version of Office. It must be deployed rather than just installed and activated. It is a business license, not a consumer (home use) product.

Check if you can get a replacement product, such as Office Home & Business 2024.

    Which is the specific name of this Office product? Office Home 2024? Office Home & Business 2024? Something else?
