    Hi,

If the user already has Editor rights but is still receiving Access Denied, this may indicate an issue beyond the Loop page permissions. Please check and verify if:

    1. The user has been granted access to the underlying Loop workspace/page and any associated OneDrive or SharePoint content.
    2. The user is signed in with the correct account.
    3. Microsoft Loop is enabled and properly configured for the tenant.
    4. The issue occurs with newly created Loop workspaces/pages as well.

As a temporary workaround, another admin or workspace owner could copy the required information (skills, position, profile details, etc.) into a newly created Loop workspace/page and reshare it with the user. However, creating a new profile should generally be considered only after the permission and backend configuration issues have been investigated. If the problem persists, the Microsoft 365 admin should open a support ticket for further analysis. [learn.microsoft.com]
