Office professional plus 2021

As Gunasekar wrote, Office Professional Plus 2021 is a volume license product. Sometimes, these products may be possible to activate in the same way you would activate a retail version, but sooner or later the license will stop working.

If this is a recent purchase, contact the seller and try to get your money back.

You'll need a consumer product. The current ones are Office Home 2024 and Office Home & Business 2024. They are both licensed for a single user on a single computer (PC or Mac). Only Home & Business includes classic Outlook.

Please note that Microsoft Office 2021 Professional licenses are volume license keys intended only for organizational use. Licenses like these are often illegally sold by third‑party vendors.

If you are using the Professional Plus product for personal use, it is against Microsoft software licensing terms. I recommend that you contact the seller directly to request a return and a refund for the product.

For personal use, you can purchase Office Home or Office Home & Business editions instead.
