I seem to have two microsoft subscriptions for ******@live.com, one of them a microsoft alumni subscription. How do I merge them into a single subscription and get refunded for duplicate subscription payments?

To confirm that you have two Microsoft subscriptions under the same account, please sign in using the account associated with your subscriptions at the following page:

    https://account.microsoft.com/services

Once you are signed in, please verify that both subscriptions appear as Active. If possible, share a screenshot of what you see, making sure to hide or remove any personal information such as your email address, order numbers, or payment details before sharing it.
