Random BSOD - System Instability

Hello everyone.

I have a Lenovo Legion 16IRX9 ; specs:

Intel Core i9 14900HX

Samsung DDR5-5600s 32GB RAM

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU

For a time now I've been experiencing some system instabillities. I started noticing when all my video games began crashing randomly. Sometimes after a few minutes, sometimes after a few hours. Then I started getting random bluescreens, though only when I left my laptop iddle or try to access, arrange file explorer or other system function. Then my Edge started either closing on it's own, or, more frequently (every 5-10 minutes or so), YouTube pages would crash and I would have to reload them (STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION Error most frequently, but not all the time.)

So I became worried and I started searching online for solutions. I did everything I read online or ChatGPT suggested me.

I have tried DDU graphic driver, reinstalled every recommended drivers from Lenovo for my model and eventually I RESET my laptop, clean install Cloud. But still BSOD after each time.

I tried to perform Window Memory Diagnostic but it kept getting BSOD after each time when finish and restart and did not give any result back.

I tested my RAM using MemTest86, everything is fine. Ran 4 test, 0 error.

I monitored temperatures, temperatures are all acceptable.

I did chkdsk /f /r | sfc /scannow | DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

I verified SSD health using CrystalDiskInfo. It says Good 99%

I tried updating BIOS.

So I started to reseat my Ram which some how make the system lagging and delaying, sometime my mouse got stucked or kept loading, it does get better with the mouse problem but still BSOD throughout the day. I did Memtest again and everything was good.

Here are my dump files, since I have reset my laptop once, there are only a few of them.

Your minidump files just indicate generic memory (RAM) corruption no specific cause of the crashes is listed

To try to force Windows to show any faulting drivers... etc., the best option would be to turn on Driver Verifier, let your PC crash 3 times, then you must turn off Driver Verifier, and finally, upload any newly created minidump files

Before you run Driver Verifier, please create a new System Restore Point

    .

    .

    .

Note, if you have any difficulty getting into Windows with Driver Verifier enabled:

Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

Go to Troubleshoot - Advanced Option - Startup Settings and click Restart

Upon restart, press 4 to enter Safe Mode

Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run these two commands, then restart your PC.

    verifier /reset

    verifier /bootmode resetonbootfail
