Hallo auf mein altes Handy habe ich meine ganzen gespeicherten Konten, nun habe ich ein neues Handy und muss die Konten rüberspielen, aber es geht nicht obwohl die Cloudsicherung aktiviert ist. Kann mir jemand helfen?
