I purchased a laptop and prepaid for Microsoft 365 on 07/15/26. My checking account was charged $181.86 for Microsoft 365 on 07/17/26. How do I get a refund? I entered the product key when I set this up.

    Hi, @Kathy Longoria

This forum is public, no one from here have access to your Microsoft Billing account.

The product key and the $181.86 charge may be two separate purchases.

Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders Is the $181.86 charge listed there? And in https://account.microsoft.com/services Does Microsoft 365 show a recurring subscription with a Cancel option?

If the charge appears in your Microsoft account, select Manage, then Cancel subscription. Microsoft will show whether it qualifies for an immediate refund.

If the prepaid Microsoft 365 key was purchased from the laptop retailer, you will normally need to request the refund from that retailer.

Where did you buy the laptop and prepaid key? Also, what is the exact description of the $181.86 charge on your bank statement?
