A collaborative workspace app in Microsoft 365 designed to help teams co-create, stay organized, and work together in real time across apps and devices.
Hi @T, A,
Thanks for your report. I’ve checked the resources available to me, but I’m not currently seeing any known issues or widespread reports that match the behavior you described.
As a first step, I recommend performing some basic troubleshooting:
- Confirm the Loop page opens normally when accessed directly through its sharing link outside of SharePoint.
- Test the SharePoint page in an InPrivate/Incognito window and in a different browser.
- Verify that the sharing link is still valid and that affected users still have access to the underlying Loop page. Loop page sharing relies on the page link and workspace permissions.
- If the page is embedded using a SharePoint Embed web part and iframe, try recreating the embed with a newly generated Loop sharing link.
- Check the browser Developer Tools (F12) for authentication errors, blocked third-party cookies, CSP errors, or iframe-related blocking messages.
If the issue continues after these checks, I recommend contacting Microsoft Technical Support for further investigation, as they can review service-side logs and environment-specific details that are not available through public troubleshooting resources.
For business support:
- Find your Microsoft 365 admin: If you don't know who the global admin is in your organization, you can find guidance here: How can I find my Microsoft 365 admin? - Microsoft Support
- Submit a service request: The Global Administrator should create a support request with Microsoft to receive advanced technical assistance. For detailed instructions, see: Get support - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn
If your subscription is from a partner or reseller, contact the reseller's support provider to help open a service request on behalf of you instead.
If you discover any solutions or have additional insights, please consider replying to this thread to help others in the community.
I sincerely apologize for redirecting you to the Microsoft Technical Support Team. While I strive to assist as much as possible here in the forum, my resources are limited when it comes to backend-level diagnostics and advanced troubleshooting.
Thank you, and please let me know if you need any further assistance.
