i cannot log in any more to my entra tenant- i have some application integrated and non of the works. Sign-in failed

NOTE: i was just using couple of weeks ago. now i cannot login. i dont think it has passed 20 days. could you reactivate my account/tenant asap ?
support number is useless- it does not understand Azure or Entra.. and only talks bout password issues and disconnect the call. no matter which ever region you try. it does not help. cannot login to even open a ticket
