    Dear @J McSparin,

Based on what you've shared, I understand that you need to change your password and are currently unable to receive the verification code via text message.

May I ask whether you can reset your password using the phone call verification method instead? If so, please try the following steps:

    • Sign in to your account settings at https://myaccount.microsoft.com.
    • Go to My Account > Security info > Add a sign-in method.
    • Select Phone, enter your phone number, and choose Call instead of Text a code > Next Untitled

    Untitled

    • When prompted for verification. You’ll receive a call with instructions to confirm your identity.
    • After verification, proceed to reset your password and log in.

Additionally, please review the troubleshooting steps below to help determine why text messages are not being received:

    1. Please review your Security info settings to confirm that SMS is enabled and your phone number is correct.
    2. Check the phone number format (including country code) to ensure it matches Microsoft’s requirements.
    3. Verify if your carrier or region has restrictions that might block SMS delivery for verification codes.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. I appreciate your continued trust.

Please feel free to reply below if you have any update or further concern!
