    Dear @Ume Hani Siraj,

Based on your description, it appears that emails are being delivered to the group mailbox, but your personal mailbox is no longer receiving copies of those messages. One possible cause is that the group setting responsible for sending copies of group emails to members may have been disabled.

As an initial check, please verify whether you are subscribed to receive group conversations and events in your Inbox. If this setting was disabled, emails sent to the group may remain only in the group mailbox rather than being delivered to your personal Inbox.

Additionally, could you please confirm whether other members of the same group are experiencing the same behavior? If multiple members are affected, I recommend that your Microsoft 365 administrator review the group configuration using the steps below.

    1. Sign in to the Exchange Admin Center with an administrator account.
    2. Navigate to Recipients > Groups.
    3. Select the affected Microsoft 365 Group.
    4. Open the Settings tab.
    5. Enable "Send copies of team emails and events to team members' inboxes".
    6. Save the changes and allow some time for the setting to take effect.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. Hope you having a nice day and really much warm regards to you as well.

    Looking forward to your response!
