As for myself as the one who created it, works perfectly fine. However when I share it to others, the Microsoft Form does not load in the video for users. They have tried it in both Chrome and Edge browsers, it shows like an error. Access Rights is set to "Only from my organization". I can't set it to "Anyone with the link" due to company policy. How can I solve this problem?

    Dear @Ajmal Ishak Muhammed,

To ensure I understand your request correctly and to support you as effectively as possible, I need more specific information from you:

    • Who did you share the video with? Please let me know whether the recipients are employees within your organization or external users, such as customers, partners, or individuals using personal accounts.
    • Where is the video currently stored? For example, is it saved in your personal OneDrive, a shared OneDrive folder, or a SharePoint site?
    • What exactly happens when the recipients open the video? If they receive an error message, please share the complete message or provide a screenshot with any personal or confidential information removed.

In the meantime, please review the video’s sharing permissions and confirm that the intended recipients have permission to access the file. If appropriate for your organization’s security requirements, you may try sharing the video directly with the affected users rather than relying on an existing folder or link permission.

After updating the permissions, please ask the recipients to open the video again and check whether the issue persists. If the problem continues, please send me the requested information above so I can better identify whether the issue is related to file permissions, the storage location, or the recipients’ access.

I hope the information shared helps point you in the right direction. Please try the steps above and let me know if they work. If not, we can continue working together to narrow this down.

The first response may not always resolve the issue right away, but with your help and more details, we can work toward a solution.

As a moderator, I do not have the tools to investigate your specific account directly, as this is a support forum between users. Moderators and collaborators, including external Microsoft employees, may not directly intervene in the functionality of Microsoft products or access internal systems. Our role is limited to providing technical guidance on reported problems, requests, or ideas. However, I will do my best to guide you as clearly as possible.
