Hello, Microsoft Support Team.

On July 23, 2026 (KST), I received a notification stating that the credit card payment for my subscription had been declined.

I attempted to access the admin page to resolve the issue, but I am unable to access the site despite having a stable internet connection.

Please help me resolve this situation.

I am concerned that the inability to process the payment might disrupt my use of the subscribed service.
