I have renewed my subscription, I have tried to load Microsoft 365 onto my desktop computer , running Windows 10. It loads about 90% and stops then puts up Error Code 30015-11 (3221225506). I have uninstalled past editions and tried to reload a couple of times but with no success. Have I waisted my money?

    Hi,

First of all, create a restore point.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/experience/backup-recovery/system-protection

I see. In that case, you can follow the steps in the link below to uninstall the Office suite from the old package.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/Office/lifecycle/officeinstall/uninstall-microsoft-365-or-office-from-a-pc

Go to the link above; if you have already uninstalled the previous Office package, select the uninstaller option to run the Office uninstaller tools.

After it finishes, try reinstalling by running the Office setup as an administrator. If the same error occurs, use the manual uninstallation method found at the link below and follow the procedure.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-US/Office/lifecycle/manually-uninstall-office

Usage MSI and Click to run.

Please let me know if everything goes well.

    Thanks.
