pdf not opening

I cannot open any .pdf files since I re-newed my microsoft office subscription. I have attempted to open all files that previously did open, but now the cursor just buffers

Right click a PDF file and select Open With - Edge to try to open the PDF files in the Edge browser, is that successful?

Open Word.

At the top of Word, log out of Office.

Restart your system and then log back into the Office apps, are you then able to open the PDF files.

If not what type of device are you using the Microsoft 365 apps on, is that a Windows PC, Apple Mac or a mobile device?
