I'm unable to login to my personal microsoft account > I have no access to my pervious device (phone) which has the app authenticator - I still have access to my recovery email ( got the code) and phone number (text message) but Microsoft is not letting me to send a code.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

It appears you’re receiving an error message when requesting the verification code via your phone number. What's the error message you get?

Have you tried using a different browser or device, and connecting over your mobile data network instead, to see if you can receive the verification code on your phone number?

Please install the Authenticator app on your new phone.

Sign in with your Microsoft account by entering your username (email address) and password.

When Microsoft prompts you to verify your identity through the Authenticator app, select “I can’t use my authenticator app right now” and choose to use your recovery email address to receive the code and sign in.

Since you have 2FA set up, your password and the recovery code sent to your email should allow you to sign in to your account.

Let me know how it goes.
