Hiya
I have had to reset my computer because of a blue screen and kept files but had to re add apps like adobe and microsoft office
I now have my doc file types as showing as microsoft edge instead of docx
When I download the contents of the letter is not showing and has downloaded the file as pdf

If your Docx file's icons appear as Microsoft Edge, right-click one of the files > Properties > Open with > Change it to Microsoft Word.
