The BitLocker key on a friends PC was never recorded, so I did a wipe and installation of Windows 11 Home. The installation and necessary updates all went fine, and the PC operates as it should. I attempted to find the BitLocker key using the site aka.ms/myrecoverykey using my friends Microsoft Account. The BitLocker key was not there. Shouldn't be there? If not how can it be found?

The BitLocker key was not present when entering the command as administrator. The command seem to execute correctly.

You can type cmd in the search on the taskbar, make sure you use "run as administrator" to launch Command Prompt, then run this command. And share a screenshot please

    manage-bde -status
