XLOOKUP function

My office 365 excel product no will allow the use of XLOOKUP.

If XLOOKUP is missing in your Excel 365, here are steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

1. Check for Updates. Go to File > Account > Update Options > Update Now to install the latest Office updates. If your Excel is outdated, it may not include XLOOKUP.
2. Verify Your Subscription. If you are using a business or school account, your IT administrator may have restricted updates. Sign in at Office.com, go to My Account, and check if your subscription includes Microsoft 365 Apps for Enterprise.
3. Ensure Excel Is Not Running in Compatibility Mode. If your workbook is saved in an older format (.xls instead of .xlsx), XLOOKUP will not work. Save the file as an Excel Workbook (.xlsx) by clicking File > Save As > .xlsx.
4. Restart Excel and Your Computer. Sometimes, updates do not apply until Excel or the computer is restarted. Close all Office apps, restart your device, and reopen Excel.
5. Check Add-Ins and Excel Settings. Go to File > Options > Add-ins, select Excel Add-ins, and ensure no outdated add-ins are blocking new functions.
