    Hello

First, confirm your internet connection is working. Then close Outlook completely, reopen it, select Send/Receive, and click Work Offline once. Wait a few seconds—the button should no longer be highlighted and “Working Offline” should disappear from the bottom of Outlook.

    Microsoft’s instructions: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/getstarted/how-to-work-offline-in-outlook-for-windows

If it remains stuck, go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings, select your email account, choose Repair, and restart Outlook.

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook/fix-your-outlook-email-connection-by-repairing-your-profile

If the Repair option is unavailable, repair Office through Windows Settings > Apps > Installed apps > Microsoft 365 or Office > Modify > Quick Repair.
