Payment update question

I have paid the annual subscription fee on July 04/2026. Somehow, the Bank of America credit card declined the payment because I did not recall this payment. Then I called Bank of America to allow the payment to Microsoft. The payment went through from my credit card. Now, almost every day, I am getting an email to update my payment method. I did it again with the same credit card. When I'm using a Word document for work, the payment update sign keeps popping up, saying I will lose access. Can someone check for me?

Thanks

    Greetings!

This is Tin, I'll do my best to help. Kindly try to sign in your account here: https://account.microsoft.com/services.

Please check if you will see your subscription as active from there and if it is showing Past due, please choose Pay Now. In case it still showing pass due even if you believe that you already paid for it. It will be best to reach MS Accounts & Billing support to correct this.

    Kindly open this link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

Please sign in your account with the subscription, then click Microsoft 365 then choose Get Home Support. After that, please type Chat with an agent then hit enter. Scroll down and choose Contact Support, then please select MS 365 and Office then under Category, choose Billing and Account Profile question then hit next. You will see the chat option there.

Once you're connected to the Live Agent, please let them know about your issue so they could check your account and address your concern.

    Thank you,

    Christine L
